Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, a valid credit card or deposit may be required. Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan chosen at the time of booking. Please review your confirmation email for specific cancellation terms.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We expect all guests to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests and our staff. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ocean View Guesthouse is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland.
